  • The "Kuschel Song" leads the survey for a fifth week, albeit Schunffel holds only at #3 in downloads. Leona Lewis hat still the top digital track but physical sales can't keep up holding "Bleeding Love" at #2 overall for those five weeks after a four-week run at the top.
  • Stefanie Heinzmann ties a record. Of all the songs that have peaked at #3 the ones that spent the most weeks in that slot totalled seven weeks. And "My Man Is A Mean Man" is now in its seventh week at #3. The others have been:
    • T. Rex : "Hot Love" (1971)
    • Cher : "The Shoop Shoop Song (It's In His Kiss)" (1991)
    • Diether Krebs + Gundula : "Ich bin der Martin, ne" (1991)
    • Double You : "Please Don't Go" (1992)
  • Just a few weeks ago party-Schlager singer Mickie Krause made two debuts in the same week. On 25. January "Wir ham' St. Anton überlebt" entered at #83 (a song by former 'Big Brother' finalist Jürgen on which he was a guest) and "Ich glaub hier ist doch wieder Alkohol im Spiel" sneaked in at #96. Now Amy Winehouse does the same, just that she enters a bit higher. In fact she is the first artist to have two simultaneous top 10 debuts! Just not all on her own... The Mark Ronson collaboration "Valerie" is the week's top debut at #6 as her solo rendition slips 72-74. But the second highest debut comes courtesy of herself and nobody else: "Back To Black" (#8 new), the title cut of the Grammy-winning but Brit-losing album. In duplicating another feat accomplished recently she has five songs simultaneously on the survey. In addition "Rehab" drops to #34 and "Tears Dry On Their Own" falls to #92. But there is a difference to the achievement by German group Höhner on 1. February. The Carnival-led popularity surge brought five songs by the group onto the top 100 with no featured artists!
  • All in all this week's chart boasts 21 new entries with one high profile-reentry for "Chasing Cars" by Snow Patrol at #29. But this is no record. The high water mark was set on 10. March 2003 when 24 songs made its maiden appearance on the chart.
